What is best in life?I read an article recently about a group of eastern monks that would recite the words of budda in there minds constantly until the teachings resounded within there hearts with every beat. I thought this a beautiful idea but never understood the use of brainwashing my self into a monk, but as I was reading I noticed a comment at the bottom of the article that caught my interest saying " I believe this practice could be applied to any belief or life style system" I found this reasonable and read on what this man had wrote in his comment. in great detail he described his day using this repeating method of life style adjustment.
